Registration/Check-in begins on Sunday, July 1 from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Classes begin on Sunday morning at 10:00 a.m.

Participants may fly into DFW International Airport (five minutes away) or Dallas Love Field (approximately 25 minutes) away. Participants will be picked up by a member of the WOW staff. Please contact WOW to make pick-up arrangements prior to arrival.

Students must check-out of on-campus housing by 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 8. Final concert will be at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 8. Shuttle service to DFW International Airport / Love Field will be provided following the concert.
