ASC Registration 2012

Registration must be submitted by April 15, 2012 to avoid a $25 late fee.
After May 15, a $50 late fee will apply.

Registration deadline is May 20, 2012.

Student must meet eligibility requirements for violin, viola, or cello and must be at least 12 years old.

Violin: Suzuki Book 7 or Royal Schools Grade 7 or ASTA Level 4/5
Viola: Suzuki Book 6 or Royal School Grade 6 or ASTA Level 3/4
Cello: Suzuki Book 6 or Royal School Grade 6 or ASTA Level 3/4
