Registration/Check-in begins on Wednesday, July 4 from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Orientation for all SI participants/families is from 10:00 - 10:45a.m.

Classes begin on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m.

Participants may fly into and out of DFW International Airport (five minutes away) or Dallas Love Field (approximately 25 minutes) away.  Complimentary shuttle service between DFW International Airport and the American Airlines Training & Conference Center is available.  Participants flying into Dallas Love Field must make their own travel arrangements to the conference center.

Check-out time for on-campus housing is 12:00 p.m.  The Gwen Runyon Memorial Concert will be at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 8.
