10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Registration and Check-In. Students' individual schedules and T-shirts will be distributed at this time.
11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Royal Coachman cafeteria open for lunch
1:15 p.m. - 4:05 p.m. Student Classes
4:15 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Orientation Meeting for all Institute Participants & Parents -- Flagship Auditorium
5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Stories and Songs in the Simulator

2:15 p.m. Arrive at FBC Hurst for tuning (concert location is approximately 10 minutes away)
3:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. "Gwen Runyon" Memorial Concert
 
* Faculty will identify students to play at the Honors Recital during masters classes. This recital is designed to provide inspiration to other institute participants.
